Sophie Crowned Swimming Champion as she Smashes Her Own Record!

Congratulations to Year 7 pupil, Sophie Monks, who has been crowned Worcester Swimming Club Age Group Champion following outstanding performances in the pool.

All swimmers competed in a demanding series of race categories including sprints, distance, form and medley over a four month period. Sophie triumphed having won all her races and in doing so, she smashed her personal best times and achieved eight new County Qualifying times.

Sophie will be competing in several Open competitions and the County Championships in February and March.
