The School has a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children who are their pupils. Accordingly, the School has stringent procedures in place regarding the recruitment and induction of staff; a clear code of conduct for all employees or visitors to follow when working with pupils and other policies that promote the children’s welfare e.g. Anti-Bullying.

Should there be a concern about a child’s welfare, the school might need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies.
